A single-village rose Champagne built almost entirely from Chouilly Grand Cru Chardonnay (88%), with just enough Bisseuil Premier Cru Pinot Noir (12%) to color it. About 20% of the wine sees oak, and reserves make up nearly a third of the blend, giving texture and depth you don't usually find at this price point. Five years on lees before release. The result lives somewhere between blanc de blancs precision and rose generosity, with the chalk of Chouilly running underneath everything.
