Heaven and Earth is a small, hidden hillside vineyard tucked into a coastal valley just east of Occidental, planted in 2004 on loam and decomposed schist, and farmed with obsessive care by viticultural legend Greg Adams. A forested ridge to the west blocks direct Pacific weather, while the very short diurnal shift slows ripening day and night, yielding small berries and naturally dense structure. Arnot-Roberts ferments with whole clusters to draw out aromatics and fine-grained tannin. This is one of their most detailed, perfumed Pinots - true west Sonoma Coast in every way.
