Made by a couple of industry veterans, this is barrel fermented and aged thus has miles of texture and rich mouthfeel, balanced with crisp, clean acidity. The fact that the grapes come from unnamed marquies sites is evident. Creamy pastas and roasted birds are more than a perfect match.
