Bodegas Roda Rioja Sela 2023
Sela is Roda's entry tier — and a smart way into the Haro Station district's house style without committing to the bigger bottles. The fruit comes from younger sustainably-farmed vines (Sela uses parcels that don't yet qualify for the old-vine Roda or Roda I), a blend of Tempranillo with Graciano and Garnacha for lift and aromatic snap, then aged twelve months in used oak so the fruit stays front-and-center. The 2023 is fresh, juicy, and ready to drink — a Tuesday-night Rioja that punches well above its tier.
