Cosmic Dance is a blend of 80% Grenache from Shake Ridge Ranch in Amador and 20% Syrah from Santa Barbara County. 25% whole cluster, native yeast fermentation, 14 months elevage in concrete, minimal sulfur at bottling. Aromatically true to Grenache with ripe strawberry and raspberry aromas and a little structure and dark fruit from the Syrah.
