This single-vineyard Fiano comes from parcel #906 on Avellino's official map—650 meters elevation in Summonte, where the oldest vines (planted by Ciro in 1990) grow in limestone-rich soil. Aged 12 months in stainless steel, then another 12 on the lees with frequent stirring before bottle release, this wine develops citrus, green apple, and herbaceous notes anchored by excellent minerality and fuller body than standard bottlings. Produced only in cooler years—a white wine with real depth and serious aging potential.
