Les Suchots is one of the most coveted 1er Crus in Vosne-Romanee, tucked between the Grand Crus Romanee-Saint-Vivant and Echezeaux, which tells you exactly the kind of company this vineyard keeps. Amelie's plot sits in the upper section, farmed lutte raisonnee, with vinification leaning toward partial whole-cluster, indigenous yeasts, and a measured hand with new oak.
