Same Monthelie terroir as Etienne's regular cuvee, but vinified with zero sulfur additions until a tiny dose at bottling. The fruit comes from two parcels in the village, Les Plantes and En Clous, biodynamically farmed and hand-sorted twice. The Nature bottling is, paradoxically, even more approachable young than the standard cuvee, with the no-sulfur regime amplifying the wine's natural perfume and silky texture. Whole-cluster fermentation lends a peppery lift. A lovely, transparent expression of Monthelie that you can drink with little more thought than pulling the cork. Drink now through 2028.
