This elegant Pinot Noir from a mid-slope vineyard reveals the minerality of limestone-scree soils and deep clay beneath. The 2021 employs 100% whole-cluster fermentation, lending subtle spice and depth to the silky frame. Only 2,800 bottles were produced from this 0.72-hectare parcel.
