This comes from two small parcels at the heart of Morey-Saint-Denis—Clos Solon and Les Crais—where vines planted in 1966 and 1986 stretch roots into clay-limestone soils. Régis Forey, farming organically and practicing an old-school approach, crafts a Pinot Noir marked by forest floor aromas and well-integrated earthiness. Concentrated black cherry and plum emerge alongside dark chocolate and crushed violets with tangy acidity and punchy minerality.
