Dry and light with floral and citrus aromas. Lots of tropical notes on the palate, pear, pineapple, peach, lychee with a hint of minerality. Juicy with fine acidity. Can be served as an aperitif, but pairs well with fish, light seafood platters and hard cheeses. And its a steal to boot!
