Burlotto (est. 1850, supplier to the Royal House of Savoy) takes Dolcetto seriously: hand-harvested, with a significant percentage of whole clusters fermented intact. This whole-cluster approach is characteristic of the estate's traditional philosophy and adds structure and complexity to Dolcetto's naturally soft, fruity profile.
