A terroir-driven gin from Tuscany, created by Enzo Brini whose family owns the Il Conventino wine estate in Montepulciano. The concept: apply the wine world's obsession with provenance to gin. Three different varieties of organically grown juniper sourced from three distinct Tuscan terroirs—Maremma, Val d'Orcia, and Chianti—form the botanical foundation, alongside dog rose, helichrysum, coriander, angelica, and citrus.
