Made in almost the exact same method of half fresh and half dried grapes, aged ripasso style just like the Valpolicella, however this is a single vineyard field blend of the 3 traditional grapes plus Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc, Nebbiolo, Croatina and for fun a little Sangiovese too.
