Another boundary-blurring creation from Prague's Métaphore brewery, this spontaneously fermented beer draws inspiration from the orange wine movement. Brewer Jiří Sládek applies natural wine thinking to beer—wild yeast, extended oak aging, minimal intervention—creating something that feels more like a funky skin-contact white wine than a conventional beer. Limited production, vintage-variable, and entirely its own thing.
