On a tiny 0.4-hectare parcel of Kimmeridgian limestone in Bué, the Pinard brothers farm biodynamically to produce this sublime Sauvignon Blanc, a study in textural elegance and terroir precision. Planted in 1968, these vines yield supple, almost fondant fruit—ripe stone fruits and peach notes—balanced by the chalky minerality of the soil and floral aromatics. The wine's structure emerges from tannin and grip rather than aggressive acidity, giving it remarkable length and the potential to evolve through the decade.
