The Duroché story is one of the great recent ascents in Burgundy — Pierre took over from his father in the late 2000s and has quietly built the domaine into one of the most sought-after addresses in Gevrey-Chambertin. The style is classical and unforced: whole-cluster where it works, restrained new oak, transparency to site.
